  • How do we download the pdf's beyond the current week?

    Posted: Dec. 12, 2008

  • First you can sign in and go to the 'INTRO' tab on the weekly timeline. You will see a link to download the Basic Training Program PDF.

To view the Advanced Training, click on "Check Out Advanced Training" under the 'WEEK 4' tab on the weekly timeline. This will take you to the Advanced Training section where you can download the PDF.

These PDF's contain the Aerobic Drill to be done and how many power drills to do.

To download a more detailed PDF of training beyond the current week, Bootcamp allows you to do that up to one week in advance. For example, to view the detailed PDF of Week 4, upon completion of Week 3, Click KEEP TRAINING, this will take you to Week 4, where you can download the PDF before Bootcamp allows you to start.

  • You must complete Basic Training before you can start Advanced Training.

  • I can’t figure out how to do the Yo-Yo test drill.

    Posted: Dec. 12, 2008

  • To calculate your Yoyo, you must download the MP3 file within Bootcamp. Put the file on your MP3. Play the file and when you can't keep up with the beep anymore stop it. Input the time the MP3 was at when you were knocked out and input that as your score.
